Learning very detailed kicking and punting techniques that will BLOW YOUR MIND! This is an in-person training program built around detailed ProForm instruction, video review, stretching, and focused specialist development.

Start With A Free Introductory Zoom, Then Schedule Your 2-Day Private Camp.

The process begins with a Free Introductory Zoom. After your form submission is received, Coach Hollis will help set up the next step and schedule the 2-Day Private Camp.

01 Get started by signing up for your Free Introductory Zoom. Once your form submission is received, a time and day will be set up for the zoom.
02 Schedule the 2-Day Private Camp. Payment can be made at or before the scheduled day and time.
Private Camp Details

ProForm Kicking Academy 2-Day Private Camp Details.

Ten total hours of detailed kicking instruction and stretching over a 2-day period. Video of all sessions will be saved and sent to athletes after camp. Food and lodging are not provided.

Daily Camp Example

Two Days Of Detailed ProForm Instruction, Stretching, And Video Review.

Daily times are determined based on scheduling, but the example below shows how the 5-hour daily camp structure is organized.

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Detailed ProForm Instruction for 2 hours. Video review takes place sporadically throughout the 2-hour session.
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Rest and detailed stretching session for 1 hour.
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Detailed ProForm Instruction for 2 hours. Video review takes place sporadically throughout the 2-hour session.
