Monthly Private Training Programs:

These programs are designed for the firmly committed athletes who like to maintain a monthly training schedule throughout the year, or during a specific time. We offer these monthly programs for 1, 2, 4, 6, and 12-month commitments. Choose between:

  • 8 Session Monthly Program (2 sessions per week)
  • 12 Session Monthly program (3 sessions per week)
  • 16 Session Monthly program (4 sessions per week)
  • 20 Session Monthly program (5 sessions per week)
