Weekly Progressive Program:

(Ages 12 and up...Private Training)

Athletes can train up to 5 sessions per week!

This private training program is designed to give the student optimal training within a number of days while offering highly discounted rates! We are firm believers in consistent repetition and feel that this is the best way to learn and improve. Each week includes up to 5 instructional sessions of 60 minutes, with 1 thirty minute video review session. These sessions are offered Monday through Friday only. The first three weeks of this program are required to be consecutive. The first week of this program is $400, the second week is $350, the third week is $250, and any remaining weeks (up to 21) are only $200 per week for any week the student/parent chooses! These remaining weeks can be used at the convenience of the student/parent and do not need to be consecutive. THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR THE DEDICATED ATHLETE WHO IS VERY SERIOUS ABOUT REACHING HIS FULLEST POTENTIAL!

· This is a 6 month program. After 6 months from the date of the students first session, the scheduled fees will start over at the Week 1 level and continue as planned by the program.

· This program requires the first three (3) weeks be consecutive and any remaining weeks can be at the convenience of the student/parents.

· Missed sessions will not roll-over to following weeks. Only sessions missed because of the fault of ProForm Kicking (ie. camps/competitions in which staff will not be available) will be able to be made up.
